Dreamboat Sets Sail with Screen Australia Premium Development Funding

Dreamboat, the upcoming feature comedy from Denim Pictures (produced by Courtney Botfield & Kate Riedl), has been awarded feature film development funding from Screen Australia, one of the agency’s most competitive development programs, supporting distinctive, audience-driven projects with strong market potential.

This support allows us to continue developing this fabulous film with Joan Sauers, our fearless, razor-sharp writer who brings both bite and heart to the story, and Zoë Coombs Marr, one of Australia’s most acclaimed comedians, consulting on the script. Together, they’re helping shape Dreamboat into a bold, heartfelt comedy with global appeal.
